➤ Just a heads-up: the main house, camper unit and the storage unit in the backyard are off-limits to the guests. Other than that, the guests have access to the entire casita, Shared patio and the fenced backyard, which you can access through the master bedroom.
➤ Shared driveway parking is available on a first come, first served basis, with free street parking (Please do not block other guests or occupants).

➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
