Mira Mesa home conveniently located 5-10mins to many shops, restaurants and local breweries.
5 bedrooms that has queen beds in all, 2 full baths. This is a 1 story home and is an older built home from the 70’s but has been somewhat renovated throughout the years. We have a queen air mattress that can be used in either living room to sleep a total of 12 people comfortably. For children we have pack n play and bumbo seat with tray. We have central ac and heating using the nest thermostat.
1 of the bedroom is located to very back of home where the central Ac & heat does not reach but rest assure we provide a portable ac unit and wall mounted heater into that room. All bedrooms also have either a ceiling or stand up fan and we have additional fans throughout the house.
Our home is decorated with faux plants around the home to give it an earthy feel while keeping low maintenance.
Enjoy some cooking in the updated fully stocked kitchen with a large 10 seat table and a 4 seat table.
We have 2 living rooms, one upon entry and the other in the back of the home where you can play on the mini pool table & hockey table and corn hole game.
Enjoy the front patio that has roses in spring and plenty of seating under shade & bbq grill.
No pets/animals allowed

No smoking in home- smoking permitted outside only
We have a nest security camera (video and Audio) above garage facing out to street.
If you’d like to go the beaches as much as I do, feel free to use the beach umbrella, towels, mat, chair and cooler that is provided in the hallway closet. (Just clean them off after use before putting them back so sand is not everywhere). Hose is in front patio to rinse off excess sand and debris from shoes, sandals gear ect before entering home.
Torrey pines, Del Mar-Powerhouse Park and La Jolla Shores are the closest beaches about 20 mins away.
