Spend the holiday season living like a local. Our bright and cheery house is comfortably decorated and well-equipped to meet all of your family's needs. The kitchen connects directly to a large patio and outside dining area, fenced yard and shaded grass area. The beach, Seaside Market, downtown Encinitas, the Rail Trail, Encinitas Community Park and more are all just a quick 5 minute drive away.
This two story home has two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. Upstairs bedrooms have a king bed and queen bed, with a standing desk/work space in one of the bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, with a twin trundle. All bedrooms have a large closet and ceiling fan. The main living/dining/kitchen area is downstairs and connects via a sliding door from the kitchen out to the fenced backyard where there is a large patio, dining area, bbq and shaded turf area.
This is our family home that we rent when we are traveling for an extended length of time. We will remove all personal items (clothes, pictures, etc.), but ask that you respect the space and treat it as you would your own home. As such, the home is well-equipped (but not cluttered!) with kitchen items, games, books, linens, etc. Home is professionally cleaned before and after each guest.
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard. Guests will have access to garage for laundry purposes but not storage since Owner's personal items will be stored in there. Guests will also be given the key to the community pool.
