Dining Area w/ sliders to SCREEN PORCH that also has access to the deck perfect for outdoor entertainment. OPEN Kitchen w/ plenty of cabinet & counter space & breakfast bar w/ extra seating. LARGE sunken Family Room perfect for extra living space & it has an outside entrance. Convenient 1st floor Master Bedroom w/ walk-in closet. 2nd Floor COZY loft area, 2 NICE SIZE bedrooms, one w/ ANOTHER walk-in closet. Full Bath on both levels. This home also has forced air heat, CENTRAL A/C, & is close to major highways & other attractions.
During your stay, you will enjoy the use of Lake Towamensing, its beach, pool, playground, clubhouse and restaurant. Live entertainment is often presented. Lake Towamensing is stocked for fishing (license required), and paddle boats, rowboats are available to rent. The Lake Association allow us to have 8 badges for the amenities. Towamensing Trails is just a short drive to Pocono Raceway, Bushkill Falls, Historic Jim Thorpe, The Crossings Premium Outlets. 3 golf courses within a 10 mile radius. Paintball, horseback riding, rafting and waterparks are near by. Split Rock Movie theatre and H2O water park, 5 miles.

We do not lease to groups. We are only renting to families at this point. This gives us the peace of mind that all of our guests will enjoy the house and leave it in excellent condition so that the subsequent renters can also have great experiences. We do have a no smoking policy inside the house, as well as “no Pets.” Note: We do not provide linens and towels.
There is a 2 night minimum stay.
Includes 8 passes to Lake Towamensing, Beach and Pool.
Check in 3 pm and check out 11 AM.
