This 3,000 square foot family home is perfectly located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home was recently remodeled (designed by award-winning SF architect John Lum) to allow guests to take advantage of the warm weather through indoor/outdoor living.
The house:
Four bedrooms, including a private master bedroom suite with spa shower, a private deck, and views of the magnificent redwood trees in the backyard. A spacious office adjacent to the master bedroom has a flat-screen tv and provides a quiet retreat for work or relaxation.
The gourmet kitchen features Thermador appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, griddle, two ovens (steam and regular), and is fully stocked with equipment for all your culinary adventures. The family room has a 4kHD television and sectional couch with queen pull-out bed. The house is equipped with a built-in Sonos sound system for music and surround-sound movie-watching experiences. The family room has a game closet with over 60 board games and puzzles for children and adults. The living room features a large, linear gas fireplace and reading nook. The laundry room has a large-capacity washer & dryer with steam-drying capabilities.
Two, 24-foot La Cantina doors fully open to a large, wraparound deck with comfortable seating. The spacious backyard features a gas fire pit, Trager smoker/BBQ, vegetable bed, fruit trees, herb garden, trampoline, 5-person hot tub, and plenty of space to relax or play.

The home is located across the street from a quiet park and playground. Downtown Palo Alto and Menlo Park are within walking distance, as is Burgess Park (library, pools, playgrounds, sports fields).
