Extremely bright and clean, contemporary decorated, spacious one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably with a lot of freedom and independence, top-notch memory foam mattresses, a full dresser and a closet for guests use only, high-speed internet, and a comfortable work station for business travelers. The apartment is located in a service building. Self-check-in and check-out process deliver a seamless experience. My place is perfect for students, young couples and families, and business travelers. • 3 beds (two queen beds and one twin bed) for bookings with less than 4 guests; one additional twin bed will be added for bookings with more than 4 guests • All beds are featured with extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses or mattress toppers • Clean linens, blankets, pillow cases, and towels • Empty dresser and closet with hangers for you to unpack • Full-set toiletries and a clean bathroom (Please DO NOT wear shoes on carpet) • An AC / heat unit in the living room • Gated Community with 24 Hour Courtesy Patrol (if you are ever stopped at the gate or asked anywhere else, please just say you are my guest / friend) • FREE Multimedia Theater: Movies play at different times/days • Beautiful gardens to walk around • Laundry and dryer in the basement ($3 per load including liquid detergent) • Spa and dry-clean in the community for an extra charge (not included in the booking) • Business Center, w/ Copier, Fax, the Internet (Fee) • There is no designated guest parking, but you can do street parking After booking, I will personally contact you to let you know the check-in process.
