Pet Friendly! Come stay with us in Craigville Village-A unique village on Cape Cod's South Shore. Cozy, Charming home in the popular Craigville Beach location. Beautiful Post and Beam vacation rental, offering sleeping for 8! A/C units to keep you cool and Free WiFi to keep you connected. Welcome to: Craigville Village. Centered around a village green are private homes like this charming one called the Craigville Cottage. Just a few feet away is Lake Elizabeth-not for swimming but perfect to kayak or canoe in! It is a short walk to Covell's and Criagville beaches for some of the best swimming on the Cape. There is also a lovely community area playground and fun volleyball court for all to enjoy in the village! Breathe in the salty air and hang out in the sand dunes of the Cape with us. The living is easy at this cottage offering an open floor plan, with a cook-in kitchen that opens up to the dining area. Seating for 4 at the kitchen table and 4 more at the table on the screened in porch. The Living room has comfy furniture with a large flat screen TV. There is a bunk bed with privacy curtain to sleep 2. There is also a half bath on this floor. Just across from the bathroom is a set of stairs to the 2nd level. A full bath with tub and shower can be found at the top of the stairs. To the right is bedroom 1 with a Queen and Twin bed. Bedroom 2 is to the left with a double and twin bed. The 3rd bedroom with a Bunk bed (double on bottom- twin on top can be found on the lower level. The private back yard offers a hammock to relax- a game area and an outdoor shower! Not to be missed (and truth be told where you will probably hang out most of the time) is the 26 foot long screened in porch with table for dining , gas grill and comfy outdoor furniture. Come have some fun in the sun and make some wonderful family memories at Craigville Village! Owners have a pack n' play with mattress, baby bouncer, baby changing pad, and extra jogging stroller at the house for those coming with infants. These are to be used at your own risk and put back the way they were found. No Smoking, Max parking of cars at property: 4. No parking on Lawn anytime. This home allows 1 dog. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation. This home has Keyless Entry with a 3pm Check-In/10am Check-Out. Additional Information to Assist You: During peak summer season (from end of June to first week in September) a 7 night Saturday - Saturday rental reservation is required. Some instances you may be able to book an off season (Fall and Spring only) 3 night stay. You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request. A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details.
