Prime Week available at Southcape Resort and Club, Saturday July 15 checkout Saturday July 22! Southcape is a family friendly resort located in Mashpee, MA on Cape Cod. We usually use this time-share week, but have last minute changes to family Summer schedule, so are renting our week.
Unit is roomy, air conditioned, beautifully furnished with full kitchen, living room and dining room. Sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and sleep sofa in living room. Close to Southcape State Beach (Popponesset beach), Waquoit Bay and Falmouth beaches, down the street from open air charming, activity-rich Mashpee Commons, restaurants, shops. Other local attractions include Shining Sea bike path, Falmouth, Woods Hole, freshwater ponds, island ferries to Martha' Vineyard and Nantucket. Easy driving distance to numerous Cape attractions. On site amenities include two pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard and playground. Rear patio with charcoal grill. Laundry on-site.
Note: construction ongoing nearby, some noise impact during working hours. Pools close at 4:45PM except Saturday, when they are open until 8PM.
