The Space
Bright colors and playful desert style bring energy to this completely remodeled home. The spacious living room offers a large sectional, fireplace, and plenty of seating for the entire group, while the open dining area keeps everyone connected.
The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a large island for preparing meals and gathering together. All four bedrooms are located along the same side of the home, with the primary suite offering a private bathroom and direct access to the pool area.

Flora Vista Sunshine is located on the northern side of Palm Springs, within walking distance of a grocery store and coffee shop and within easy reach of the city's restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Occasional road and airport noise may be heard. Palm Springs International Airport is centrally located, making some level of aircraft noise common throughout the city. Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. Dog-Friendly

There is a $89/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.
Pool
Pool heating is available upon request. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Pool heating rates:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, and October: $50/night
• Pool heating is not needed during the remaining months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and cannot be selected for individual days. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to ensure the pool reaches the desired temperature by your first night. Heating begins the day before arrival at no additional charge.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is heated on demand using a remote control and is not preheated before arrival. There is no additional charge to use the hot tub, even when pool heat is not purchased.
