Located outside of historic Auburn, this awesome house offers 4 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 futon. About this space
Just footsteps from the lake, this unique, comfortable home will meet your vacation needs. Centrally located in the Finger Lakes region, you’ll have close access to beautiful state parks, wineries, museums, breweries, restaurants and many other cultural highlights. Major shopping areas are approximately 15 minutes away.
The property has four bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a deck and a large yard suitable for summer games. The lake is very close and has a public dock for your enjoyment.
Our front porch has a glider and new rocking chairs. The kitchen has a large dining table, and additional seating at a breakfast bar. There are numerous pots and saute pans, bake ware and utensils for cooking. There is a microwave. The kitchen DOES NOT have a dishwasher. There is an air conditioner to cool this area of the house.
Off the kitchen is a bedroom with a twin bed. The other bedroom / den has a full sized futon and a dedicated work space with a desk. Linens for the downstairs bedrooms are located here, along with towels for swimming. Leaving the kitchen, there is a step down / step up to enter the large full bathroom and laundry room. This area is clearly marked with cautionary signs. This may present difficulties for guests with mobility challenges.
The living room has a new sectional couch and there are additional comfortable chairs. There are games, puzzles, books (children and adult) and some outdoor games as well. During cooler months, there is a gas fueled stove for additional heat and ambiance. There is a smart fire tv for guest to log into any of their chosen apps.
On the second floor there are two large bedrooms, each with queen beds and ACs. There is a full ensuite bathroom.
The deck has a new gas grill, seating area, and a table and chair set. The yard is flat and large. There is a clothes line for swim suits and towels.
There is off street parking.
The lake and public dock are steps away. Owasco Paddles Canoe and Kayak rental is approximately 4 miles away. Boats, however, cannot be tied to the dock, or left on shore.
Guests have full access to the home, enjoy it!
Please note, consideration to the neighbors is paramount. This is NOT a rural area. Parties are not permitted. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am as per the Town of Owasco noise ordinance. No more than 10 guests during day time hours and a maximum of six overnight, registered guests.
