Occupying a quarter acre plot in the peaceful and quiet deed restricted residential community of Rotonda West, `Gulf Tranquility` is a spacious Luxury 3 bedroom Villa set in a landscaped garden backing onto a fresh water canal. Tastefully decorated & furnished, it is equipped to a high standard providing a very comfortable and spacious open floor plan with a large heated pool and alfresco dining area.
The Villa is fully air conditioned and comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. The spacious accommodation includes a Master Bedroom suite with a king size bed, TV, access to pool area. En-suite bathroom, walk in shower, tub and twin vanity unit. Two additional bedrooms, (one with a queen size bed, and one with twin beds) sharing a family bathroom. Two Air Purifiers are located within the house for a cleaner, healthier breathing environment. They have been tested and proven to remove 99.99% of Covid-19/SARS airborne particles.

The heated pool and deck area which has been recently re-modeled is fully enclosed in a mesh cage and faces the southwest catching the sun most of the day and is perfect for sunbathing while relaxing and looking over a peaceful freshwater canal with its wildlife. The lanai is fully equipped with dining table, six chairs and three loungers.
