With both expansive living spaces and delightful hidden staircases, nooks, and alcoves, your entire family will be enchanted with the Narnia-like feel of Lamb Haven. Enter the front door to a grand foyer, which leads to an oversized great room. Curl up on one of the cozy sofas, perhaps with a mug of hot cocoa or coffee in hand, and enjoy the dancing flames of the gas fireplace. Make it a family movie night as you stream an old favorite on the Smart TV with w/included Wifi. Down the corridor behind the kitchen and up a flight of steps is an enormous game room, chock full of your favorites like pool, air hockey, and an arcade game with 60+ games. There's also a table for four, perfect for board games or cards, and 2 TVs. The half-bath and refrigerator are great conveniences! Tucked away on the second bedroom level is another living room, complete with comfortable seating, an assortment of books, and a TV. And just where you'd least expect it, there's yet another staircase in the far corner. At the top is a completely whimsical game room. In addition to the ping pong table and TV, there are several small nooks and alcoves within the room, housing everything from a miniature living room to a petite table and chair set, to a bench. It's utterly charming and the kids in your group (and maybe the kids at heart) are sure to be captivated! Please note that all of the furnishings, linens, appliances and other features at Lamb Haven were selected for their quality, comfort, and enduring style.
Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip. The fully equipped and stocked kitchen at Lamb Haven is a chef's dream. Marble countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances with double ovens, two dishwashers, and a 5-burner gas cooktop, and a center island with seating make this kitchen equally great for gathering together as for cooking. This is the ideal spot for morning coffee or afternoon snacks after a day at the beach or out exploring. A separate bar area features an ice maker and a wine refrigerator. Enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage at the nearby table for two. The adjacent dining area for 8-10 makes serving your creations a breeze. If you prefer, enjoy your meal al fresco at the dining table on the patio. An outdoor BBQ area features a gas grill.
Bed & Bath
Lamb Haven has 7 bedroom suites, spread across three levels for the comfort and privacy of all. On the main level are two suites, on opposing sides of the entrance foyer. Each offers a King bed and en-suite bath. One en-suite bath has dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second has a walk-in shower. A half-bath is in the entry hallway. The second level has four bedroom suites, three with King beds and the fourth with two Twins. Each of the en-suite baths has a walk-in shower and single vanity. The third level has a twin bed in an alcove of the game room as well as a bedroom suite with a double bed and a twin bed. The en-suite bath offers a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Outdoor Spaces
Outdoor living is easy and fun at Lamb Haven! The hardest choice you'll have to make is whether to enjoy the large pool, bubbling hot tub, lounge areas, fire pits, a fireplace, and not to be forgotten - a giant chessboard. The single door to the separate pool house offers a half-bath. If you open the double doors, you'll find some extra goodies, including a wagon, strollers, additional games and toys, and even an extra refrigerator. Behind the pool house, you'll find a romantic spot with a wood-burning fireplace right next to a waterfall.
