The rental is off of Salazar Rd, it's 1000 square feet, southwestern style, and sits on approximately .500 an acre. There is a big spacious backyard and plenty of parking space. The rental is built of Rastra Block, which is an insulated concrete block, it helps to keep the rental warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The bedrooms have skylights, it makes it nice, if you enjoy seeing the stars before falling asleep or if you prefer you can close the blinds. it keeps it nice and dark. NEW: King Bed. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, the fans have 3 speeds. You'll enjoy the radiant heat that keeps the floor so nice and warm. you'll love the beautiful stained turquoise floors. You can also enjoy a cozy fire utilizing the Kiva Fireplace. We supply a bundle of wood for our guests. The walls are made of diamond finish. The sofa's are very comfortable! We fenced in part of the backyard for pets. In back of the property there is a road named Hatchery Rd that can be used for walking your dog. The pet fee is 55.00 per pet Smart TV, WIFI, Fiber Otic. I have a camera in the front entrance and the backyard. You'll enjoy that you’re right in the heart of Taos, Galleries, Shops, Stores and much more.
