Spacious kitchen with island, gas range and double oven. Enjoy your own private river access where you can fish from the shore or raft and take a dip, there's also a boat launch less than 1 mi away at Coyote Evans Park, where you will also find a greenway for miles of biking/walking along the river. This home has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the majority of the rooms directly overlooking the beautiful Rogue River. 3 bedrooms (king, queen and full) are located upstairs as well as a full bath with tub/shower. 2 bedrooms (queen and full w/twin bunk) and a full bathroom with shower are located on the main floor.
