This stunning 1,000 sq ft condo is a 5 Star property located 250 feet above the beach. It is located within walking distance to three 5 star hotels at the Dana Point Headlands (The Strand). The oceanfront patio and living room have fabulous coastal views. This is the best that it gets!. You can relax on the patio with a drink, watch and listen to waves and if you are lucky, see the dolphins playing in the surf. In the evening, watch the sunset over the ocean. The Contemporary has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed leading out to the second patio and the second, with a king bed. The unit has two full baths, one with a marble spa like bath tub and shower and the second, with a luxurious shower. The unit is located on the second floor.
The front PATIO has a stunning ocean view which leads into the great room with an open kitchen and dining area facing the ocean. The open dining area has a table and 4 chairs. There is also a second large patio (200 square foot) with a barbecue, table for four and sun recliner.
