There are 4 spacious bedrooms with 4 ensuite baths. Located on the first floor are two of the bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. This sleeping area would be ideal for a young family or older family members. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. All bedrooms include TVs and ceiling fans and are brilliantly furnished, such that you may not want to leave your room. There is also a convenient half bath on the first floor.
The main area on the first floor includes a grand, vaulted ceiling and a large, open concept living room/dining room and kitchen. Top of the line stainless steel appliances, white quartz counter tops and open shelving will allure your family’s chef to create sumptuous meals, even while on vacation. The kitchen is adorned with a large island with seating for four and is cleverly trimmed in historic Dade County pine. An additional dining area overlooks the back of the home and private pool via a wall of glass doors.
