EVL Chalet nestled in the woods, next to our creek and just 3 miles from the village. Relax in the covered hot tub and enjoy the sounds of nature! Our chalet is perfect for hosting 3-4 families, business travelers, large groups or multiple couples with each having the privacy of their own room. 25 year old min renter age and 14 guests maximum please. We are nestled in the woods and only 3 miles from Ellicottville village. In addition, we are on the same street (1/4 mile) as Holiday Valley tubing. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.
Guests are the only people on the entire property.
The entire place and 2 acre lot is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, bath & hot tub towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, dart board, poker table & set, and five TVs.
