• Lockbox located at entrance door (Code will provided prior arrival) Maximum occupancy: 9 people, 4 cars, pets not allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00PM to 7:00AM, Please keep noise emanating from the cabin down to a level that does not disturb neighbors.

ARRIVAL AND STAY
• Keep premises clean at all times
• No pets
• No moving or repositioning of furniture
• No shoes inside. Also, during winter time, place shoes black container to prevent snow melting to the wood floor
• No smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoor never leave the cigarette stub on territory of the property nor outside of the property, should all cigarettes’ stubs be properly dissolved
• Wash all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. after use
• Don’t put grease or food into the garbage disposal. Do not flush feminine products, diapers, wipes, or similar products into toilet
• When using barbecue grill, put ash in ash receptacle or leave in barbeque. The grill Fire pit or open fire is prohibited by Big Bear City. Please be aware that YOU ARE IN HAZARD FIRE ZONE (San Bernardino National Forest)
• For the living room fireplace, we recommend using Duraflame logs as it lasts 4 hours. Do not turn off central heating. Temperature may be adjusted to your preferred level
