> Leave all remote controls in plain sight.

> Return outdoor furniture and equipment to their proper place.
> Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances.
> Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
> Leave keys/remotes on the counter or return them to the lockbox.

Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and may lead to immediate termination of the stay.
Parking:
2 parking spots are available on-site.
Street parking is permitted where allowed—please observe all posted street cleaning and parking regulations.
Security:
The security system is for vacancy use only and is disabled during your stay.
