This very well-appointed 4 bedroom +multi purpose room, 3 bathroom 2350 sq ft home has a 7-person hot tub, is two blocks from the Windansea Beach and 10 blocks from the shops, restaurants, boutiques and galleries in the center of La Jolla Village. The bike trail at the end of street makes for an easy route to Bird Rock, Pacific Beach and beyond.
The family-friendly house bosts a recently installed 6 person hot tub spa/jacuzzi, a big front yard, back yard, basketball court, fruit & vegetable garden, patio, large BBQ grill with natural gas and sundeck.
Hardwood floors throughout and an expansive kitchen with granite counter-tops, breakfast counter, and modern appliances. Open living plan that connects outdoor dining to kitchen counter bar to dining room allows friends and family to all gather together (seats 16), adding to enjoyment and a memorable special summer vacation.
The Master bedroom upstairs has a partial ocean view, a double shower en suite bathroom, and features a luxury California King bed with fine linens. Also upstairs is a large open multi-purpose room with three twin beds, desk, monitor and printer for optimal remote working. A second bright bedroom with beautiful skylights and a partial ocean view, as well as a full bath with Jacuzzi for relaxation after a day at the beach.
Two more bedrooms and a full bath are downstairs off the kitchen with a separate entrance along the side of the house, for added privacy, for example if two families are renting together. One downstairs bedroom has a California King bed and the other a Queen bed.
The living room and dining room opens onto the front porch and has a fireplace and custom made furniture. Our home comes equipped with three smart TVs, located in the living room, upstairs master and King downstairs bedroom.
Enjoy our newly remodeled (2019) outdoor pergola with couches and sun-bathing area, all with professionally installed artificial grass.
Walk to Shops or into the Village of La Jolla to enjoy the many restaurants, boutiques, museums, and galleries.
Remember to check out the Sunday farmers market on Girard Street. An Olympic-sized pool with free swim on weekends is two blocks away, and the La Jolla Tennis Club, Recreation Center and Public Library is 10 blocks.
Other nearby attractions include: The San Diego Zoo, Legoland, Sea World, Balboa Park, Wild Animal Park, Seaport Village, and the Gaslamp District. San Diego International Airport is only 20 minutes away.
