Located in the middle of all the desert cities and close to the freeway, it is easy to get around anywhere. Easy freeway access for a quick trip to the airport, Downtown Palm Springs, or any surrounding Southern California city.
Fabulous Location just 3 miles from the BNP Paribas Open Indian Wells at the Indian Wells tennis garden, and less then 4 Miles away from the NEW Acrisure Arena.
Located just 5 minutes away is the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and a 15 minute drive is the Empire Polo Grounds – home to the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. Minutes away from Coachella, Stagecoach, the freeway and shopping centers. Only 14 miles from Palm Springs International Airport, 17 miles to downtown Palm Springs. You can have your Coachella Valley experience and hit downtown Palm Springs all in one memorable gateway.
La Dolce Vita Estate is surrounded by many restaurants and golf courses. A short drive west will take you to the famous El Paseo where you can enjoy a day of shopping and lunch. Located just 5 minutes away from all the shopping in La Quinta such as Costco, Walmart, Target and half a dozen more stores and grocery stores.
