This is our family's weekend retreat at beautiful Lake Gaston and we'd be delighted to share it with you. Our home is on a wooded cul-de-sac a few minutes walk from our neighborhood pool and marina. Our 2022 luxury tritoon is docked there and can be rented separately at a guest-discount. It's a 22' Veranda with 150HP engine and all the toys. (You can also bring and dock your own boat). The house is newly furnished and accommodates 12 persons. We're fully equipped for fun for kids young and old!
The space
Handsome master suite, two guest bedrooms and a full guest bath, plus a large bonus room; garage play space with man cave, ping pong, darts, grill; covered porches and hammocks, large private back yard, plenty of parking, basketball goal. Guest access
The whole house is yours and you have full access to the neighborhood lakefront pool, cabana, and marina. If bringing your own boat, there's a boat ramp and multiple day slips you can tie up at during your stay. If you're bringing an infant, we have a pack-n-play onsite and we don't count infants toward the occupancy limit.
Other things to note
Cell service is ok, not stellar. We have the best internet available, but it's max 100gb/month of high speed. Should be adequate for most things, but speeds could be slower later in the billing cycle. The jacuzzi jets are currently not working; waiting for a replacement part. Close family friends are allergic to pets, so we have a strict no-pet policy, sorry.
