Our charming lake house is situated on beautiful White Sand Lake and is perfect for either one or two families to share. We are located in a neighborhood setting in the heart of town. The tree-covered property has 100 feet of shoreline, a dock and a boat lift. This is one of few lakes located in within the city limits of Baxter and has GREAT FISHING. This means you are only minutes away from restaurants and shopping while enjoying the quiet of a private lake. If you are looking to avoid the crowds and enjoy a family get-away that is quiet, fun, and private-- this is it! As our neighbors are close by, you may want to look elsewhere if you are hoping to have a large-get-together as parties are strictly not allowed.
