On the entry level, you'll find a cozy living area, a full bathroom, and the perfect bunk room for kids or larger groups—featuring three bunk beds (two twin-over-queen and one twin-over-twin) and plenty of space to unwind.
Head upstairs to the main level, where a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area welcomes you in. Vaulted ceilings, a grand stone gas fireplace, and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains create the perfect gathering space. This level also includes two private bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a full bathroom just outside the door, and a serene primary suite with a queen bed, attached private bath, and a gas fireplace for those crisp Colorado nights.

Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
